David has an extensive knowledge in soft tissue manipulation; trigger point release and sports injury rehabilitation, having practiced sports massage for over 9 years. Such experience was gained by working in some of the top health centers in the country including Cannons, Holmes Place and a variety of privately owned clinics. These include physiotherapy clinics, osteopathic clinics and sports injuries centers.

Pilates

David also utilizes pilates techniques to help in the rehabilitation of his patients.
