London Osteopathy & Pilates Clinic in Central London

Our central London Osteopathy rehabilitation and Pilates studio is in a beautifully refurbished Georgian town house in the heart of Shoreditch –just minutes from Liverpool street station. We think this is just about the most central-but-still-idyllic spot out there.

Inside the Osteopathy rehabilitation and Pilates studio David makes use of the very latest Pilates machines and equipment, and you’ll be pleased to know that there are both male and female changing facilities.

From Moorgate station, take City Road in a northerly direction. Worship Street is the 5th turn on the right hand side – we are at the eastern end just before the junction with Curtain Road and Appold Street.

From Liverpool Street station, take the northern exit via the shopping arcade which is Sun Street Passage. Then turn left into Primrose Street and almost immediately turn right into Appold Street. At the end of Appold Street you will see us diagonally opposite.

From Shoreditch High Street station, turn immediately right from the station exit into the pedestrianised Wheeler Street, pass under the bridge then take a right into Quaker Street.
